Rihanna has infused her 2015 with something classic as she tapped Paul McCartney for her latest track, “FourFiveSeconds”!
Kanye West wasn’t the only hot hip-hop/R&B act to get in the studio with Paul recently. After the former Beatle helped Yeezy compose a song for his baby girl, North West, Paul made a little time to work with Rihanna.
The siren, who usually hits her fans with harder beats, decided to put her words over a softer sound with the track that she dropped last night. In “FourFiveSeconds,” Rihanna sings about how she’s ready to flip out over an acoustic backdrop. She spices up the already interesting mix with a little help from Kanye, who supplies a few bars for the single that you can hear on Rihanna’s website.

Kanye West Takes A Shot At Ray J During The BET Honors
The BET Honors are usually a pretty dignified affair, where honorees keep it cordial during their acceptance speeches. Kanye West broke from the typical level of decorum to take a shot at one of Kim Kardashian’s exes when he noted that she’s “dated broke Black dudes” before he put a ring on it. Are we surprised? Not really, and the shade was worth a chuckle! Most assume that he was taking a shot at Ray J, but he didn’t call out that “I Hit It First” singer by name in the clip below.
It remains to be seen whether this moment will make it broadcast, when the BET Honors airs February 23 at 9 p.m.
