Peter takes the crew, sans Kenya and her rent-a-boo (who opted out), to meet his family in Kingston. On the bus ride to Kingston, Cynthia wanted to know who told Kenya about her “not best friends with Kenya” comment. It was messy Sheree, of course. They talked about it and the general consensus on the bus was that everyone thought Cynthia and Kenya were best friends, and that Cynthia flip-flopped because NeNe came back around. Cynthia broke down in tears, saying that she wants to be friends with everyone, and that she is going to have different levels of friendships with everyone and peace and rainbows, light and truth, and all that stuff. Whatevs.

Meanwhile, Kenya was venting to her rent-a-boo about how she’s hurt by Cynthia’s actions. Yeah…this is gonna come back up later on when they’re back around the group. You already know.

They finally arrive in Kingston, and Peter’s aunt and uncle greet the crew. This is actually Cynthia’s first time meeting his Jamaican fam. They went to get some grub at a Jam Rock style mom-and-pop-shop where they dined on lobster, fish, cassava, plantains and other Jamaican deliciousness, and also got to see the softer side of Peter. That homeland magic softened him up.

The gang gets back together at the Moon Palace Jamaica Grande (in Ocho Rios), where the ladies kicked it by the pool (without Kim, who is probably in her room with her family anyway). Cynthia, Kenya and NeNe once again chat about the drama. Cynthia tells Kenya that she never meant to hurt her (yatta, yatta), and they seem to finally resolve things. Later on, the conversation shifts to gossip and Kenya turns the chatter toward Kim’s husband allegedly being gay…according to rumors. NeNe chimes in, talking about how he has done Broadway, and he tap dances. You know what the insinuation is there. They’re both foul for that. Basically, this conversation gets extra messy, and Sheree was present. Sheree said she wasn’t feeling the gossip so you know she’s going to snitch. Stay messy, Sheree, and Never change.

The men are meeting in another location at around the same time and they grill Kenya’s rent-a-boo, with Peter going the hardest (Peter and Gregg were basically making fun of rent-a-boo’s age, he’s 28). After a while, rent-a-boo isn’t feeling the deposition and gets froggy. He tells Peter to take it outside, basically challenging him to a schoolyard fight, like back in the day, but Peter doesn’t bite. However, rent-a-boo walks away (after having shown his age).

It’s finally the day of the ’mercial. Kim’s husband had to leave Jamaica early for work, but Kim gets down to business setting up. Cynthia arrives first and immediately begins working on her scenes. It goes well at first because the drama hasn’t arrived yet, but eventually they come through, including Kenya. Kenya, being as #PettCrocker as she always is, feels some type of way because her name wasn’t on the call sheet, so she and her rent-a-boo do their own thing on a paddle boat. Way to support your “best friend.”

Everyone else does their part, and the ’mercial wraps successfully without incident.

The episode winds down at a wrap party for the commercial. By now, Porsha’s boo, Oliver, has arrived from Miami. He’s greeted with warm reception, but when Kenya and rent-a-boo show up, the reception is icy. They managed to get to the part where Cynthia thanks everyone for showing up, but then Sheree takes this as her opportunity to bring up what was said about Kim’s husband being seen as fruity. Kim makes a “bish don’t eff with me face” and we get the “To be continued…” treatment.
