A McDonalds employee was arrested after allegedly something that wasn’t on the menu — heroin. Police say 28yr old Theodore Upshaw was allegedly selling the drug inside and in the parking lot of the fast food chain. The arrest was made after a narcotics informant purchased heroin from the suspect in the parking lot of a McDonalds. He was charged with possession of heroin and possession with intent to deliver.
